I think Londoners can sometimes go overboard on how amazing our city is. Great stuff happens all over the world. But when a man walks past you on a North London high road, with a guitar and a cat around his neck, you're witnessing something special. Last week I was having drink with my old work mate Ru, this is what happened.

Here in the rural world of West Wales we are on the layline end of the information superhighway. We would love the see the urban troubadour and his feline friend but we could die waiting to download moving images. Berlin sounds exciting.
